In Bain Marie mode, the heating unit may be used without the arch support

MAINTENANCE
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
• Clean the tank and surfaces with a damp cloth or sponge. Wipe carefully.
• Over time, limescale deposits may accumulate on the bottom of the tank,
descale the unit as below:
1. Remove the tank from its arch support
2. When the appliance is cold and unplugged, pour in a mixture of 50 ml of
water and 50 ml of white vinegar or BEABA cleaning solution. Leave overnight.
Never use a chemical or a coffee machine de-scaler in the unit.
3. Empty the contents of the heating unit and wipe it with a clean cloth.
4. Repeat the operation if necessary until complete removal of the limescale.
