STORAGE
The pump should not be stored outside; the pump could get damaged from rain and ice. Keep the
pump in a cool, dry place. Do not store the pump in direct sunlight.
DISPOSING OF THE TOOL
If your pump has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it out. Take it to the appropriate
recycling facility.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
The pump does not turn on.
The pump will not shut off.

Possible Cause(s)
The pump is not plugged in.
Circuit breaker shutoff or the
fuse is removed.
Accumulation of buildup on
the float.
The float is obstructed.
Defective motor.
The float is obstructed.
The pump is air locked.
The liquid inflow has reached
the pump's capacity.
Suggested Solution(s)
Plug in the pump.
Turn on the circuit breaker or
replace the fuse.
Clean the float.
Check the float path and
provide clearance.
Have the pump serviced by an
authorized service centre.
Check the float path and
provide clearance.
Shut the power off for
approximately 1 minute then
restart the pump. Repeat several
times to clear the air from
the pump.
A larger pump is required.
