2. Join the two extension tubes with tube connectors and
clamps. Tighten to secure connection.
3. Attach extension tubing to outlet on bottom of pump and
secure with clamp.
4. lnsert pump in either 3/4" or 2" drum opening and tighten by
hand. Adjust pump delivery using the snap-on clips.
Note:
The spigot is permanently attached. Do not try to pull or twist
it off. Do not hang containers from the end of the spigot. The
additional weight could damage it.
Choose proper clip for desired flow:
The entire pump head may be rotated to any position. The pump
operator should stand to the side or in back of the spigot. When removed
from drum, rinse the pump thoroughly in warm water before re-using it.
The packing nut on the end of the shaft should be tightened periodically to
prevent leakage. For 5, 15 and 55 gallon drums, excessive tubing may be cut
off to proper length.
For 8 oz. flow - Do not use any clips.
For 6 oz. flow - Use small clip only.
For 4 oz. flow - Use large clip only.
For 2 oz. flow - Use both large and small clips.
Note:
This adapter is designed to fit on containers equipped with directional
pour spouts. Attach the tube extension to the outlet on the bottom
of the pump and secure it with a clamp. Tube extensions may be cut
off for proper length. Screw the adapter on the male threads at the
bottom of the pump. Tighten the adapter. lnsert the tube extension
into the spout and snap the pump over the metal retainer ring on
one edge of the spout, then snap it over the other side. To remove
