Raclette
Raclette is the perfect way to gather family and friends around
the table for a delicious, casual dining experience. Prepare your
individual typical Swiss raclette cheese meal or make your own
creations.
Stone plate
Attention: The stone plate (2) needs approx. 20 – 30
minutes to heat up.
The stone plate (2) is a natural and food safe product.
Small cracks, which can occur due to the natural expansion
of the stone during the heating up process, do not have any
impact on the usage resp. function of the stone plate (2).
Apply heat-resistant vegetable oil to the stone plate (2) before
irst use and every other use thereafter. This procedure will not
only avoid that the foods will stick to the stone plate (2), but, will
also increase the life span of it.
Sprinkle some salt onto the stone plate (2), that way the meat
won't stick to it.
After continuous usage, the colour of the stone will become
darker.
Operation
The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high
during operation. Therefore, do not touch the appliance
during and/or immediately after operation.
