ENGLISH
Always engage the parking brake when the ma-
chine is stationary.
4.3 EQUIPMENT CONNECTION
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic lift with
fixed PTO arms (Fig. 5) or with a three-point linkage
with arms (Fig. 5) and a quick coupling (11 Fig. 1/A)
(non-standard version).
According to the connection typle selected, you can
apply the machine specific interchangeable equip-
ment with different functions each other and specific
anchorage system to the tractor.
WARNING
In case of need it is possible to replace the quick
coupling with fixed lifting arms (A Fig. 5), supplied
as standard on the machine, they can be replaced
with a «standard» 1 "3/8 connection (B Fig. 5) and
3-point lift.
NOTE: the «standard» 1 "3/8 (B Fig. 5) attachment
and 3-point linkage is not fitted as standard on the
machine and must be purchased separately.
To replace the quick coupling with fixed lifting arms
(A Fig. 5), with «standard» 1 "3/8 (B Fig. 5) and
3-point lift, proceed as follows:
- Unscrew the 4 screws (14 Fig. 5), which fix the
quick coupling (6 Fig. 5) and the arms (7 Fig. 5) to
the machine and the plate support screw, (14 Fig.
5).
- Remove the arms (7 Fig. 5) and extract the quick
coupling (6 Fig.5).
WARNING
PAY ATTENTION TO THE WEIGHT OF THE WHOLE
GROUP. IT SHOULD BE PERFORMED WITH THE
ASSISTANCE OF A SECOND OPERATOR.
- Insert the tang of the toothed shaft of the «stan-
dard» connection of the PTO 1 "3/8 into the seat
(2 Fig. 5) making the shaft and toothed seat colli-
mate.
- Position the third point arm unit (1 Fig. 5) and se-
cure everything using the four screws (3 Fig. 5)
and the relative nuts (4 Fig. 4) with washers.
Once the operation is completed, check that all screws
are properly tightened and perform a functional test.
For clamping and proper use of the equipment
driven by drive shaft or moved, you must follow
the instructions in the relevant manuals of the
equipment itself.
The standard machine also has a pair of hydraulic
quick couplings, from the driving seat, by means of
the lever (14 in Fig. 1/A).
Near the quick couplings, frontally above the left quick
coupling (2 Fig. 3), there is also a two-pole electrical
socket (3 Fig. 3) which, connected with a special
cable supplied with the accessory, allows operate the
machine power take-off without the operator sitting in
the driver's seat (for example when the atomizer needs
to be operated to mix the plant protection product for
plant treatment).
On the right side of the machine there is a three-pole
electrical socket (13 Fig. 5) that normally does not
carry current. This socket is used only and exclusively
to operate some accessories that require the use of
electrical power and together with which is supplied
a riser that activates the socket (maximum capacity
15A).
4.4 REVERSIBILITY
One of the fundamental characteristics of the VISION
tractor is the reversibility that is the ability to easily
rotate by 180° the seat for the operator; this feature
makes the machine very versatile and convenient
for all the types of operation for which the machine
is intended.
The reversibility operation, or rotation of the seat,
must be carried out only with the engine off and the
parking brake engaged, by doing the following (refer
to Figure 4):
- Loosen the screws on both sides (5), which fix
the roll-bar to the frame, and push it back in the
direction indicated by the arrow (ref. 6). This gives
you greater freedom of action in the rotation of the
driver's seat.
- Lock then the roll-bar again with the screws (5)
in the position where it was pushed so it will not
bother the operator.
- Pull up the knob locking/unlocking the seat (1) and
keeping it in the raised position rotate the seat as
in the direction indicated by the arrow (2).
