5.1.2 Frese - montaggio
– Allentare il bloccaggio A.
– Sollevare l'albero toupie, ruotan-
do il volantino B.
– Aprire il portello P.
– Bloccare la rotazione dell'albero
toupie muovendo manualmente
quest'ultimo fino a riuscire a bloc-
carlo ruotando la leva C.
– Svitare il pomello D.
– Sollevare lo sportello L della cuf-
fia toupie.
– Se sulla macchina è installata la
cappa a tenonare (fig.3) per mon-
tare le frese togliere lo sportello
L.
– Sbloccare con chiave accesso-
ria la vite R.
– Estrarre gli anelli distanziatori E.
– Estrarre, se necessario, gli anel-
li S sul piano della macchina.
– Inserire le frese F sull'albero toupie
utilizzando gli anelli distanziatori
più adatti, fra un utensile e l'altro.
Montare le frese nel punto più
basso possibile dell'albero
evitando al massimo eventuali
vibrazioni.
E' vietato montare utensili con
diametro e peso superiore a
quello indicato nel cap.2.
– Serrare bene la vite R.
– Sbloccare la rotazione dell'albe-
ro toupie, portando la leva C alla
condizione iniziale.
II posizionamento verticale
dell'albero va effettuato sempre
dal basso verso l'alto per
eliminare l'effetto di eventuali
giochi meccanici.
– Riportare la protezione toupie
(fig.2-3)
alle
condizioni
iniziali(serrare lo sportello L).
Prima di procedere alla
lavorazione registrare la cuffia
toupie come indicato
nel par. 5.6. Verificare di aver
selezionato la giusta velocità di
rotazione dell'albero toupie,
attenendosi scrupolosamente
alle indicazioni del par.5.7.1.

– Loosen the lock A.
– Lift the moulder shaft by turning
the handwheel B.
– Open the door P.
– Lock rotation of the router spindle
moving it manually until
managing to lock it by turning
the lever C.
– Loosen knob D.
– Raise door L of the spindle-
moulder hood.
– If the tenoning hood (Fig.3) is
installed on the machine, remove
the door L to mount the cutters.
– Loosen the screw R by means of
the accessory wrench.
– Remove spacer rings E.
– Remove if necessary rings S
from the machine table.
– Mount milling cutters F on the
moulder shaft using the special
spacer rings between one tool
and another.
Fit the cutters as low as possible
on the spindle, taking every
precaution to avoid vibrations.
It is prohibited to mount tools with
a diameter and weight exceeding
that indicated in Chap. 2.
– Tighten screw R.
– Unlock the moulder shaft
rotation, moving the handle C to
its starting conditions .
The shaft vertical positioning
should always be executed
starting from its lower part, to
counteract the effect of any
possible mechanical slack.
– Return the router guard (Figs. 2-
3) to the initial conditions (tighten
the door L).
Before proceeding with work,
adjust the spindle-moulder hood
as indicated in para. 5.6. Check
you have selected the right
spindle moulder rotation speed,
being careful to follow the
instructions in para. 5.7.1
