ICE CREAM MODE
In this operating mode, the machine produces ice cream and the
mixture in the upper tank is kept at a suitable temperature to
preserve it. The ice cream preparation status is indicated on the
display by the central icon and by the colour of the arrows.(see
figure 9)
When the ice cream is ready, the mixing system slows down, the
cooling system stops and the appliance switches to awaiting to
dispense mode. At default intervals (factory set to every 10
minutes), the mixing system increases the speed and the
cooling system is started to restore the proper ice cream
density.
When the dispensing tap is opened, the mixing system
increases its speed and the cooling system is enabled.
In order to produce ice cream, the upper tank must contain a
suitable quantity of mixture. If this is not the case, the cooling
system is not started and the display indicates the icon for low
product.(see figure 10)

When the mixture has reached the temperature set, the mixing
system slows down, the cooling system stops and the appliance
switches to wait mode. At default intervals (factory set to every
10 minutes), the mixing system increases the speed and the
cooling system is started to restore the proper temperature.
IMPORTANT
The product conservation temperature is factory set to
