4 Turn the upper part of the mixing pipe completely clockwise
in order to stop the mixture entering the cylinder. (see figure 6)
5 Close the upper cover, turn on the machine and start

6 When the ice cream is ready, open the cover and turn the
upper part of the mixing pipe anti-clockwise to allow the mixture
to enter the lower cylinder.(see figure 7)
The quantity of air in the ice cream can be adjusted, keeping in
mind that, starting from the closing position:
complete rotation
anti-clockwise
minimum rotation anti-
clockwise
7 Close the upper cover again.
IMPORTANT
Use the dispenser with foodstuff only.

8 The dispenser must operate continuously: the cooling
system will stop automatically when the product is ready to be
dispensed. The mixing device will decrease its speed and only
increase it at the time of dispensing. At default time intervals,
the cooling system will start up again and the mixing device will
increase its speed in order to restore the proper density to the
product.
5. 1 DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
The dispenser is fitted with a main switch, an on/off key and a
touch display. The following operating modes are available:
ICE CREAM PRODUCTION: in this operating mode, the
dispenser prepares ice cream.
CONSERVATION: in this operating mode, the dispenser keeps
the liquid mixture at a suitable temperature to preserve it. This
function is useful at night to keep the quality of the mixture intact
and limit electricity consumption.
WASHING: in this operating mode, cooling is disabled. This
function is useful during machine washing and sanitising to
prevent the solution used from being cooled and freezing.
MAIN SWITCH
The main switch is situated underneath the dispenser, on the
left-hand side. Its function is as follows:
Position 0 : dispenser switched off
Position I
: dispenser enabled for operation but in Stand-by
mode. Only indicator light Q is on.
IMPORTANT
If you turn the dispenser off and back on at the main swi-
tch, it will restart in the same operating mode it was in
when it was switched off.
ON/OFF KEY
The ON/OFF key P is situated to the right of the touch display.
If indicator light Q comes on, this means the dispenser is
switched on and in stand-by mode, ready for operation. Hold
down key P for one second to switch the dispenser on and off.
TOUCH DISPLAY
The following icons appear on the display:

ICE CREAM PRODUCTION icon; when pressed, it
enables the ICE CREAM function.
B
CONSERVATION icon; when pressed, it enables the
CONSERVATION function.
C WASHING icon; when pressed, it enables the WASHING
function.
