Do not deactivate safety and/or protective de-
vices of the machine.
Always ensure secure standing of the ma-
chine.
Never transport the shredder with the motor
running.
Switch the motor off, wait for the cutting disk
to stop moving, and disconnect the machine
from the mains connection prior to moving the
machine.
When moving the shredder, exclusively carry
the shredder on its handle.
Immediately disconnect the plug from the
mains if the extension cable has been dama-
ged or cut!
We recommend the connection via a earth
leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) with a rated
leakage current < 30 mA.
The mains voltage at your location must meet
the information regarding mains voltage in
the Technical Data. Do not use any other sup-
ply voltage.
The type of cable used should be 3 core dou-
ble insulated minimum of 1.5 mm to a maxi-
mum of 2.5 cross section to BS 6500 (1984)
tabel 16 PVC flex core. 300/500 V H05 W-F.
Any extension cable, up to a maximum of 50
m, should be of a type not lighter than the ca-
ble prescribed for the machine. The connec-
tor for the extension should be splash-proof.
Damaged or fragile extension cables may not
be used.
Check the condition of you extension cable
prior for every use.
Only use the mains connection for the desi-
gnated purpose. Do not pull the mains cable
in order to pull the mains plug out of the so-
cket. Protect the cable against heat and sharp
edges.
Always disconnect the shredder from the
mains connection when not in use.
Route the extension cable such that they do
not interfere and cannot be damage during
shredding.
Immediately switch off the shredder saw and
disconnect it from the mains connection if you
notice any changes.
Always
ensure
working. Do not bent forward to far.
Do not feed the shredder from an elevated
position.

POWER SUPPLY
The machine can be plugged into any 13 A mains
socket with 240 V ac, and must be protected by
a 13 A fuse. (TCS Duotec 3000: 400 V, Observe
correct direction of rotation)
Excluded from this are countries with a lower con-
nected load (10 A; 13 A, slowblowding).
WARNING!
Only for Great Britain (240 V)!
This machine must be earth!
Never use a faulty power cable!
Check the power cable regularly for
signs of wear and tear!

In accordance with VDE regulations, the machine
is fitted with a safety cutout switch which switches
off the power in the event of overload.
Overloading may occur if the blade is jammed for
a prolonged period of time. The safety switch is
designed to cause a delay of 1 - 3 minutes be-
for the motor can be restartet: Prior the restarting,
however the cause of overloading must be ascer-
tained and remedied.
To restart the motor, the switch must first be re-
turned to the OFF position, the after 2 or 3 minu-
tes the machine can be switched on again by swit-
ching the switch to ON.
