Fitting instructions
1)
Disassemble the rear bumper. Clear the filling inside the bumper, and cut the 2 attachment clips (inside of the
bumper) off. After that you cut off a piece of 4cm, measured from the bottom edge over a width of 5,5 cm. Also for
assembling the side plates of the towbar, you have to cut 2 strips of both sides of the bumper of 2cm, measured
form the bottom edge of the bumper and a width of 1cm. It is best to stall this until the towbar is assembled, to
determine the exact places.
2)
Disassemble the spare wheel and loosen skids in front.
3)
The towbar fits with points A and A' against the inside of the chassis at the provided holes. Before this you have to
insert the included tubes through the outside of the chassis, as well as the bolts and including pinions. As filling
next to the sheet metal of the towing eye, apply mounting piece –e on the bolts from point A' at the left inside of
the bumper.
4)
Next, place towbar with points A and A' on formerly noticed bolts and attach security pinions and nuts. Assemble
ball ( * ) and tighten everything firmly.
5)
Now make the incisions in the bumper (step 1) and place the bumper back at the vehicle as well as the spare wheel.
