Open the left side panel. Hexagon socket screw key SW 5.
Your scheppach planing machine has by reasons of security
a two-belt-drive.
Plane shaft – rotation speed 6500 1/min.
• Put the rear V-belt (drive of the plane shaft) onto the big
V-belt disk.
Ancillary equipment – rotation speed 3000 1/min.
• Put the front V-belt (drive ancillary equipment) onto the
small V-belt disk.
• Hang up the rear V-belt into the rear space of the bracket.
Ancillary equipment – rotation speed 6500 1/min.
• Put the front V-belt (drive ancillary equipment) onto the
big V-belt disk.
• Hang up the rear V-belt into the rear space of the bracket.
For tightening of the belt swivel the motor rocker downwards
and pull the handle „A„.
At longitudinal hole drilling device lbe16 the planing machine
has to be adjusted to thickness planing. Raise trimming desk
and exhaust hood.
Important:
Pay attention to the operating instruction of the respective
ancillary equipment, as well as the labelling on the tool
– max. acceptable rotation speed –
