SOLUTION
Check Battery is fully inserted
Check that lock off button is fully forward prior to moving trigger
Check Battery installation
Check Battery charging requirements
Replace cutter or guard
Insert battery into charger until red LED appears
Plug charger into a working outlet
Check current at receptacle by plugging in a lamp or other
appliance
Check to see if receptacle is connected to a light switch which
turns power off when you turn out the lights
Check to see if receptacle is connected to a light switch which
Move charger and tool to a surrounding air temperature of about
39 ºF (4 ºC) or below 104 ºF (40 ºC)
