CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The durable, enameled cast iron product you have
purchased is engineered and manufactured to resist
scratches, stains, alkalies, and food acid when cared for
properly. Improper care can permanently damage the
product and its finish, and could void the Kohler warranty.
Please read the following cleaning and usage information
carefully.
CARE AND CLEANING:
Rinse the product thoroughly after every use, and wipe it
dry with a clean, soft cloth or sponge. Do not use cleaners
containing abrasives. Clean by wiping with a moist, soft
cloth or sponge. The following are effective, non-abrasive
cleaners recommended for use on Kohler Cast Iron
products;

KITCHEN USE:
Use care when doing dishes. Any items should be
removed when not in use. Keep your cast iron sink looking
new by rinsing it out thoroughly after each use. Do not use
abrasives on enameled cast iron, as this will eventually
scratch and ruin the surface. For stubborn stains such as
metal marks, abrasives may be used sparingly. Avoid
soaking dishes for very long periods of time, and refrain
from leaving coffee grounds and tea bags in the sink.
