2.4 Description of the menus

■ Main menu
The main menu allows to select one of the three following menus:
❏ the Test menu,
❏ the Control menu,
❏ the Calibration menu.
Test menu
■ Test menu
The test menu allows to enter the necessary parameters and to
launch a test cycle in order to measure the starch damage rate of a
flour sample.
