Replacing filter filling

Both variants
☞ Correctly align the recirculated air filter.
☞ Insert the recirculated air filter in the base housing.
☞ Fit the filter flap in front of the base housing.
☞ Close the filter flap. The closed filter flap is magnetically
held in place.
The device is ready for operation once installation of the
extractor hood is complete.
 Observe the extractor hood instructions for control and
start-up.

Replacing filter filling
Odours are trapped in the filter filling in the recirculated air
filter. The odour-free, cleaned room air is fed back into the
room.
Recirculated air filters are maintenance-free for up to two
years. Then filter filling must be replaced at regular intervals.
Maintenance intervals
y When the control indicator blinks.
 Observe the extractor hood instructions.
y With odours in the exhaust air.
y With daily use, after 24 months at the latest.
y With occasional use, after 36 months at the latest.
D ATTENTION!
Danger of property damage through falling parts!
When working on the device, parts of the device or tools
could fall and damage the kitchen equipment.
☞ Protect the cooled hob and other surfaces in the cooking
area (e.g. with thick cardboard).
☞ Move the device parts with the utmost caution.
The recirculated air filter must be accessible at all times in
order to change the filter filling. If necessary, remove the
spice rack beforehand.

☞ Fold the filter flap upwards and remove the filter flap.
☞ Draw the recirculated air filter forwards and out of the
base housing.
