Removal from the blank
Utmost care must be taken when removing the frames from the blank:

▷ Separate the frames by grinding them out using a turbine grinder
(without water-cooling) and a pointed diamond bit (do not use cut-
ting discs).
For trimming and dressing the connectors and smoothing out the
frames, we recommend using the Amann Girrbach polishing set.
Colouring prior to sintering
Ceramill Zolid absorbs the dye liquid more intensely than Ceramill
ZI. The frames get darker.
For more details on this and for further processing information, see
the processing instructions of the Ceramill Liquid dye solutions.
▷ Clean the frames from residual zirconia dust using a brush or com-
pressed air.
▷ Depending on requirement, the frames or the fully anatomical den-
ture can be partially or completely coloured with Ceramill Liquid
dye solutions (see processing instructions for Ceramill Liquid dye
solutions).
