▷ Position the crown in the blank in
such a manner that the clearance
from the crown margin to the blank
surface is at least 1 mm.
This ensures that the crown has no
contact to the sinter skin of the blank.
Procedure when fabricating dental framework
The determined enlargement factor for the blanks is provided on the
blanks.
When processing Ceramill Zolid preshade in Ceramill Motion,
it is recommended to use only mills, whose service life is still
in the green range of the wear indication.
▷ Enter the enlargement factor in the CAM software.
▷ Mill the blanks applying the milling strategies provided for the mate-
rial.
