• On Vertical Surface
• Hang base accessory to wall with top key hole slot
• Insert laser tool into cradle (align pin with tool)
• Position base until appropriate vial for position is
centered and secure base using the lower key hole
slot(s) (To better use the degree markers on base,
be sure degree markers are fi rst aligned before
securing base)
• Mark 1st point or line
• Rotate laser tool in base to desired angle
• Mark 2nd point or line
• On Horizontal Surface
• Place base accessory on horizontal, level surface
• Insert laser tool into cradle (align pin with tool)
• Reposition base until both vials are in center, level
(To better use the degree markers on base, be sure
degree markers are fi rst aligned before securing
base)
• Mark 1st point or line
• Rotate laser tool in base to desired angle
• Mark 2nd point or line
NOTE:
For best results position the tool to project the laser from left
to right or upward. The use of the unit from right to left and/
or downward will not guarantee the same level of precision
or accuracy.

• Slide battery door open.
• Install / Remove batteries. Orient batteries correctly
when placing into laser tool.
• Slide battey door until securely closed.
WARNING:
• Pay close attention to the battery holder's (+)
and (-) markings for proper battery insertion.
Batteries must be of same type and capacity. Do
not use a combination of batteries with different
capacities remaining.
