Configure
Ensure that the PC with which you wish you configure your device is in the same
network as your device.
Your device can easily be configured with its IP address via a web browser. In the
case of an IP60 with default settings, the IP address is obtained by DHCP from the
router and appears on the telephone's display. To achieve this, your router must be
set up as a DHCP server. Enter the assigned IP address into the address line in
your web browser, and press the Enter key. The login window opens.
Select the language you want for the user interface, e. g. English. Select the Admin
access level, enter the password funkwerk, and click the OK button. The
configuration interface opens. The Initial Position area appears.
Note: It is important that you use the Settings -> Management -> Administration
to change the password if you are to prevent your device being accessed by
unauthorised persons!
Note: If you wish to close the configuration interface, use the Log Off button. If you
close the web browser without logging off, it could happen that access to the
configuration interface is blocked for a few minutes.
Note: If around ten minutes passes by without you making any inputs to the user
interface, you are automatically logged off. To continue with the configuration, you
will need to log back in.
