3.3. CLANING, STORAGE AND MANTEINANCE
The daily cleaning at the end of the job guarantees a good operation and extends the
life of the appliance.
The griddles are designed in such a way that they are easily removable and accessible
for their conservation and cleaning. NEVER DO THE CLEANING BY JET PRESSURE.
Stainless steel surfaces
The wrapping of the roasting plates are made of stainless steel, which is a material of
excellent quality and durability. Cleaning with a suitable detergent daily will keep it in
perfect condition.
Top plate and Chrome
The plate surface should always be clean of solid waste. The grease fitting allows to
deposit said residues in its interior. At the end it is advisable to pass a cloth to keep
it in perfect condition. Chrome plates must be cleaned with water only, NEVER USE
DEGREASERS OR OTHER CLEANING PRODUCTS SINCE THEY COULD DAMAGE
THE CHROME IRREVERSIBLELY.
Fat collector
After each use the fat collector will be extracted, emptying its contents
ATTENTION: The fat collector should only be handled when cold or otherwise using
protective gloves to prevent burns.
Superior Barbecue Grill
At the end of the working day it is recommended to clean it with a cloth.
Volcanic Stone.
The charcoal should be cleaned at least once a month and the burners once a week,
since the volcanic stone of the barbecues generates dust that can block the burner outlet
holes, so it is necessary to clean these holes regularly with a metallic brush to avoid its
obstruction and allow a good combustion.
The volcanic stone should be washed with soap and water and subsequently cleaned so
that no soap residue is left. In case of having to change it, volcanic lava of a size between
2cm to 4cm should be used and the quantity to be placed is 4 kilos per command,
distributing it in such a way that there are no gaps.
- CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE
A general cleaning of the appliance must be carried out annually. It should be considered
clean injectors, valves and lubrication thereof.
To grease the valves, remove the knob "by gently pulling it" clean the shaft with a cloth,
and lightly grease the shaft and replace the knob.
