Jeder Einsatz des Rohranschluss-Sets
*)
PIR 7000 (Bestell-Nr. 68 11 850) setzt die
genaue Kenntnis und Beachtung der
Gebrauchsanweisung Dräger PIR 7000/
Dräger PIR 7200 (Bestell-Nr. 90 23 885)
bzw. des Technischen Handbuchs
Dräger PIR 7000/Dräger PIR 7200 (Bestell-
Nr. 90 23 886) voraus!
Verwendungszweck:
— Das Rohranschluss-Set PIR 7000 wird
für die Montage des Gastransmitters
(ohne Klemmenkasten oder in
Verbindung mit Klemmenkasten Ex e PIR
7000) in Rohrleitungen benötigt, wenn
die Konzentrationsüberwachung in den
Rohrleitungen stattfinden soll.
— Für Rohrleitungen mit einem
Durchmesser von mindestens Ø200 mm
oder Rohrleitungen mit rechteckigen
Querschnitt von mindestens
2
170 x 170 mm .

Montage:

— Sämtliche aufgeführte Komponenten
(Halter, Dichtungen, Schrauben,
Unterlegscheiben) liegen dem
Rohranschluss-Set PIR 7000 bei.
● Bohrungen am Rohr für die Montage
anfertigen.
Nur für Rohrleitungen mit rundem
Querschnitt:
1 Die vier Füße in die Langlöcher
einsetzen.
● Mit vier Schrauben M6 x 10 und
Unterlegscheiben M6 locker befestigen.
2 Rohrhalterung entsprechend der
Durchflussrichtung auf das Rohr
positionieren.
3 Rohrhalterung anschrauben, unter
Verwendung von zwei Schrauben
M8 x 20, vier Unterlegscheiben, zwei
Muttern und zwei Dichtungen.
4 Dichtung einsetzen und mit sechs
Schrauben M5 x 10 auf der
Rohrhalterung befestigen.
Schrauben bis zum Anschlag anziehen.
Nur für Rohrleitungen mit rundem
Querschnitt:
1 Die vier Füße so ausrichten, dass die
Rohrhalterung auf dem Rohr durch die
Füße abgestützt wird.
● Schrauben fest anziehen.
Gastransmitter für die Installation
vorbereiten:
1 Spritzschutz PIR 7000/7200
demontieren (sofern vorhanden).
2 Statusanzeige PIR 7000/7200, Flowcell
PIR 7000/7200, Ferntestadapter
PIR 7000/7200 demontieren (sofern
vorhanden).
3 Den Fugenring PIR 7000 entfernen
(sofern vorhanden).
Rohranschluss-Set montieren:
*) Das Rohranschluss-Set PIR 7000 ist ebenfalls für
die Verwendung zusammen mit dem Dräger
PIR 7200 geeignet.

Any use of the duct mount set PIR 7000
(Order No. 68 11 850) requires full
understanding and strict observation of
the Instructions for Use of the Dräger PIR
7000/Dräger PIR 7200 (Order No.
90 23 885) or the Technical Handbook
Dräger PIR 7000/Dräger PIR 7200 (Order
No. 90 23 886)!

Intended Use:

— Duct Mount Kit PIR 7000 is required for
mounting the gas transmitter (without a
terminal box or with terminal box Ex e PIR
7000) in pipes where concentration is to
be monitored.
— For ducts with a minimum diameter of
Ø200 mm (Ø7.9 inch) or pipe lines with a
square cross-section of at least

170 x 170 mm
Mounting:
— All listed components (harnesses,
gaskets, screws, washers) are included
in the duct mount set PIR 7000.
● Bore mounting holes into the duct.

Only ducts with arched surface areas:
1 Insert the four feet into the slotted holes.
● Loosely fix the feet with four screws
M6 x 10 and washers M6.
2 Position the duct harness on top of the
duct according to the flow direction.
3 Mount the duct harness with two screws
M8 x 20, 4 washers, 2 nuts and
2 gaskets.
4 Install the gasket and fix it to the duct
harness with six screws M5 x 10.
Screw in the screws up to the stop.
Only ducts with arched surface areas:
1 Align the four feet so that the feet support
the duct harness at the top of the duct.
● Firmly tighten screws.
Prepare the gas transmitter for
installation:
1 Dismount the splash guard PIR 7000/
7200 (if available).
2 Remove status indicator PIR 7000/7200,
flowcell PIR 7000/7200, bump test
adapter PIR 7000/7200 (if available).
3 Remove the joint ring PIR 7000 (if
available).
Assemble the duct mount set:
*) The duct mount set PIR 7000 is also suitable for
the use with Dräger PIR 7200.
