6.3. Equipotential bonding between the vacuum pump and the vacuum mod-
ule
To establish a conductive connection between the vacuum pump and the vacuum module a grounding
cable (green-yellow, 80 cm in length, diameter 6 mm² ) with ring cable lug is supplied. This cable is
already fixed at the stud bolt back right at the bottom of the vacuum module.

Fasten the free end of the grounding cable on the rear of the pump

You can connect the grounding cable to the indicated screw: Unscrew the screw, then fix the ring ca-
ble lug of the grounding cable together with a toothed disk with the same screw.
Afterwards place the pump in the vacuum module.
