Solution
Nettoyez l'intérieur de l'appareil. Consultez la
rubrique
tambour" au Chapitre
Vérifiez la conformité des caractéristiques du papier
utilisé.
A l'issue de l'installation d'une cartouche de toner
neuve, les 10 à 20 premières pages peuvent présenter
des taches de toner. Ce problème disparaîtra de lui-
même après l'impression de 10 à 20 pages avec la
cartouche neuve.
Si le problème persiste et si le témoin Drum est
allumé, remplacez le tambour par un neuf.
Si le problème persiste et si le témoin Drum est
toujours allumé à l'issue du nettoyage, remplacez le
tambour par un neuf.


Vérifiez que la cartouche de toner n'est pas vide.


Vérifiez qu'il ne reste pas de morceaux de papier
sur la fenêtre du scanner.
Il se peut que le problème disparaisse de lui-même.
Essayez d'imprimer plusieurs pages de suite pour
éliminer le problème, surtout s'il y a longtemps que
vous vous êtes servi de votre appareil.
