vents, as they will damage the plastic parts.
o The boiler must be cleaned at least every three
months to remove any limescale, which could pre-
vent the appliance from working properly.
o Do not pour vinegar or other scented substances in-
to the boiler. This will void all warranty claims.
o Do not wrap the power cord around the soleplate
while the iron is still hot.
o Do not place the soleplate on metal surfaces.
o Do not expose the appliance to the effects of the
weather (rain, sun, etc.).
o Note: When you first turn on the iron, a slight
amount of smoke and droplets of water could be
emitted. This is normal and will cease after approxi-
mately 2 fillings.
