Attach Worktable
1. Check to make sure the slotted Table Lock (A) is loosened
in the open position, as shown in Figure 8, so that the groove
is parallel to the direction of movement for the table.
2. Position the Worktable (9) so that the left bearings
align as shown in Figure 8. The Larger Rollers (B)
should be guided on the top of the rails, as the Smaller
Rollers (C) should be guided beneath the rails.
3. Losen the bolt for the table stop (C, Figure 9a) with 4 mm
Allen wrench (5d) and rotate it 90 degrees (C, Figure 9b).
Once the table stop is in the locked position retighten table
stop bolt with the 4 mm Allen wrench. This will prevent the
table from sliding backwards, off the main frame. To remove
the table, the bolt will have to be loosened and the table stop
rotated back 90 degrees to position shown in Figure 9a.
4. To lock table in place, so it will not move, engage
table lock (D, Fig. 9) into rail at location shown.
Attach Splash Trays
The Cruzer 10-inch tile saw has two splash trays, a
Lower Splash Tray (2) and an Upper Splash Tray (3).
1. Attach the Lower Splash Tray (2) by sliding the tray
onto the handle (B) and then pressing the tray down
into the locking position as shown in Figure 10.
2. Attach the Upper Splash Tray (3) by fitting the cutout on the
Upper Splash Tray onto the mounting tabs on the Work Table.
3. Press the tray toward the table until it
has cleared the mounting brackets and then
push down to lock the tray into place.
