MATERIALS
A 1 Main Crossbar
B 2 Side Arms
C 4 Nut Retainers and M10 x 1.5mm Square Nuts
D 4 M10 x 35 x 1.5 Bolts, Lock Washer and Flat Washers (30mm OD)
E 4 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, Flat Washers (30mm OD) and Nyloc Nuts.
CB 2 M16 x 40 x 2.0 Bolts, Lock Washers and Nuts.
Z 1 ZEP35 Electrical plate (not shown)
This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball, which dimensionally
conforms to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
FITTING
To remove rear bumper unscrew 4 screws on bottom edge and remove 1 plastic plug in centre. Within rear arches

remove 2 screws on each side followed by a tip screw to bumper either side. Pull bumper tips outward and gently pull
bumper rearward. Remove two number plate light plugs, by rotating anti clockwise and disconnect.
Remove crash beam, 3 nuts each side and hand to customer.

3. To gain access to mounting points remove tape on outside face of chassis rails. Forward holes can be found 180mm
further down the chassis, access can be improved by removing arch screw directly behind the wheel. This will allow the
arch to come away from the chassis and allow bolts to be inserted. Note:- On right side forward hole the mounting
hole is slightly obscured via fuel pipes, proceed with caution.
4. Fit cage nuts (C ) into side arms (B) as per fitting instructions and secure part (B) inside the chassis rail to outside face
using bolts (D). Tighten whilst holding the side arm in its highest position.
Fit Main crossbar (A) raising to its highest positions and tighten bolts (E).

6. Cut bumper as shown and reattach wiring loom to number plate lights. Refit bumper and attach approved coupling and
electrical plate via coupling bolts.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
