Place plow mounts (A1,A2) into position. See fig-
ure 4. Install fasteners (B1,B2,B3) (B4,B5,B6,B7)
as shown in the parts list. Do not tighten at this
time.

Determine which pin height mounting location will
be used. Pin (B7) should be between 14 1/2 to 15
1/2 inches from the gournd for best plowing per-
formance. See Figure 5.
Install socket head screws (B6) into correspond-
ing pin locations. Use thread lock compound on
screws.
NOTE: Prior to installing plow mounts, use a 1/4-
20 unc tap to clean threads of paint in plow
mount.

Insert the plow flange (A3) into the plow mount
and install the pins. With the flange installed, ad-
just the plow mounts. The plow mounts should be
straight with the ears of the flange. When the plow
mount fasteners are tightened, the flange should
be able to slide in the plow mounts easily. See fig-
ure 6.
7.
With the flange in place, tighten all fasteners to
torque specification listed.

With the plow mounts secure, the flange can be
install on the push tube assembly. See Warn plow
push tube instruction manual for installing plow
mount flange.
V. Operation
Attaching the plow to the vehicle
1.
Stage the plow assembly on level solid ground.
See Plow operator guide "Installing the Plow" for
more information.
2.
SLOWLY drive the vehicle up to the plow assem-
bly with the vehicle as square to the plow as pos-
sible.
3.
Turn off the vehicle and set the parking brake.
Lift the plow mount flange end of the push tube
assembly up to the plow mount on the vehicle.
Insert the plow mount flange into the plow mount
receiver. See Figure 6.
4.
Double check that the plow is fully engaged with
the alignment pucks on the plow mount flange.
The alignment pucks should be fully seated into
the plow mount cradle feature.
