ASSEMBLY
1.
Ensure that the appliance is not
plugged into the electrical outlet.
The speed switch must be on „0".
2.
Turn the motor block upside down
so that the top side is facing
downward, and place it on a level
surface.
3.
Fasten the lid, in this process
appropriately align the tabs on
the lid to the apertures in the
motor block. Turn the lid counter-
clockwise to fix it in place. The lid
must be firmly connected to the
motor block and it must not wob-
ble. Caution: After the assembly
has been finished, the fill opening
of the splash guard must be on
the right side, then the appliance
is correctly assembled.
4.
Fill the mixing bowl with the
desired foodstuffs.
5.
Place the base on a level, solid
surface.
6.
Place the mixing bowl in the base
and turn the bowl clockwise until
it locks into place.
7.
Select the desired mixing utensil:
T-mixing hook: Batter, mashed
potatoes, spaetzle dough
Kneading hook: Yeast dough,
bread dough, pasta dough

whisk:
whipping cream, waffle batter,
biscuit dough and all different
kinds of mousse. Do not use the
wire whisk for heavy doughs,
because it can bend or break.
8.
Insert the desired mixing utensil
on the motor block. In this pro-
cess ensure that the notch on the
mixing utensil is appropriately fit-
ted on the driver pin on the axle of
the motor block. Turn the mixing
utensil clockwise until it is firmly
seated.
9.
Make sure that the mixing utensil
locks into place, since otherwise
the ingredients cannot be mixed
properly.
