MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar
D 1 Left Side-Arm
E 1 Right Side-Arm
F 4 M12 x 30 x 1.25 Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (30 O.D)
G 4 M12 x 35 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers
ZE 1 Electrical Plate (ZEP2)
ZQ 1 Neck Kit (Series '2070')
FITTING
1. Loosen lower edge of bumper, 3 screws per wheel arch, 7 push clips along bottom edge and 2 clips inside bumper.
Remove trim around exhaust, 5 screw clips (this is NOT re-used when tow bar is fitted). Lower exhaust.
2. Fit side arms (D) & (E) to existing fixings on outer faces of chassis rails. (Access to fixings is easier if wheels are removed).
3. Insert crossbar (A) into bumper and attach to side arms using fixings (G).
4. Fully Tighten all fixings and re-attach bumper.
5. Fit the chosen Neck Kit (ZQ) as per separate instruction.
Note: Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed.
Recommended torque settings: M8 - 27Nm, M10 - 53 Nm, M12 - 95 Nm, M14 - 150 Nm, M16 - 214 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 139Nm, M10 – 78Nm
