MATERIALS
A 1 Crossbar
B 2 Spacer Plates
C 1 Sidearm (Left)
D 1 Sidearm (Right)
E 4 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts & Flange Nuts.
F 4 M12 x 40 x 1.25 Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (25 O.D).
G 4 M12 Bolt Caps
H 1 Safety Chain Attachment Plate.
ZE 1 Electrical Plate (ZEP3)
For use with either
HY58 Flange neck option – ZF2030.
HY58QF Detachable Flange option – ZQF2030
Note: Flange towbars must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball, which
dimensionally conforms to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
HY58S Swan Neck option – ZS2030.
HY58Q Detachable neck option – ZQ2030.
FITTING
Loosen lower edge of bumper (3 screws along bottom edge).

Remove exhaust boxes and exhaust heat shields (4 nuts).

Loosely attach sidearms (C) & (D) with spacer plates (B) to inner face of chassis rails using fine pitch fixings (F).

4. Insert crossbar (A) inside bumper and attach to sidearms (C) & (D) using fixings (E).
Attach the required neck option as per separate fitting instruction with Electrical Plate (ZE) and safety chain plate (H) in

position shown.
Fully tighten all fixings and re-attach heat shield, exhaust and lower edge of bumper.
6.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
