Always fill the measure so it is level (not heaped).
SLOW COOKING FUNCTION
1.
Put the bowl inside the base unit.
2.
Add the ingredients to the bowl according to the recipe.
3.
Fit the lid.
4.
Press the
button. The light above the button will come on.
The slow cooker function is fixed at 8 hours. After 8 hours, a beep will sound and the appliance will switch
to the keep warm setting. If your recipe has less cooking time than this, you will have to manually stop
cooking at the appropriate time by pressing the
RISOTTO FUNCTION
1.
Put the bowl inside the base unit.
2.
Fit the stirring arm over the prongs on the central drive shaft in the bowl (FIG A). Turn it clockwise to
lock.
3.
Add a small amount of cooking oil or butter to the bowl then press the
above the button will come on.
4.
Allow to preheat for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Add your ingredients (onion, garlic, etc.) and allow to cook for 4 - 5 minutes (or according to the
recipe).
6.
Add the rice. Use the measuring cup and don't add more than 6 cups. Allow to cook until the rice
starts to brown (or according to the recipe guidelines).
7.
Add the stock or water then fit the lid.
8.
When the risotto is cooked, a beep will sound and the appliance will switch to the keep warm
setting.
SAUTÉ FUNCTION
1.
Put the bowl inside the base unit.
2.
Add a small amount of cooking oil or butter to the bowl then press the
above the button will come on.
3.
Allow to preheat.
4.
Add the ingredients and sauté them as desired.
5.
Once finished, press the
PASTA/STEAM/BOIL FUNCTION
Pasta
1.
Put the bowl inside the base unit.
2.
Fill the bowl to the 9 cup mark with hot or boiling water.
