12.0 - MAINTENANCE

12.1 -

Replacement of the standard cartridge/filter

The white cartridge/filter ( 30 ) cannot be cleaned but it must be
replaced any time it looks blackened or when the VACUUM HIGH
message is displayed.
12.2 -

Cleaning of the condensate separating filter

The condensate separating filter ( 28 ) has to be cleaned on average every
two replacements of the standard cartridge/filter ( 30 ) or whenever it is
obstructed. In order to clean it wash it with suds, hence rinse and dry it with
compressed air.
On the contrary the separating filter has to be replaced if after the cleaning
it appears to be equally deteriorated.
NOTA BENE:
The wire gauze filter is provided with 2 different colour gaskets (blue/black)
according to the different filter sections where they have to be inserted.
When the filter is no longer in good conditions it is necessary to replace it
with a new one provided with new gaskets.
12.3 -

Replacement of the actived carbon filter

This filter has to be replaced on average every two years.
This operation is easily carried out by extracting it out of the pipe to which it
is connected. In case during the AUTOZERO function it does not suck
perfectly, the use of a small screwdriver is allowed to remove the dirty that
deposited on the filter inlet.
ATTENTION:
Mount the new filter with the arrow turned to the air inlet coupler
direction .
