STANDARD TEST

•
Select the MEASUREMENT function from the GAS ANALYSIS page.
•
Select the STANDARD TEST function from the TEST SELECTION page.
To carry out the value measurement it is necessary to:
•
Perform two rapid idle accelerations and bring the engine back to the
slow running.
•
Introduce the gas sampling probe into the exhaust pipe as deep as
possible, and anyway at a depth of at least 300 mm.
•
If the exhaust pipe extremity does not allow to introduce the probe
completely, it is necessary to add a special extension assuring the
tightness in the joint area.
The LCD displays each gas value, the lambda factor, the rpm and the
engine temperature value.
•
Press MENU to display the FUNCTIONS BAR in the measurement page
of the standard test.
Print: To select the two types of print.

Settings: To select fuel and rpm and for an autozero.
