Soldering
▷ Solder using CoCrMo filler (781630 Girosolder) and the correspond-

ing flux.
After soldering the Ceramill Sintron, the workpiece can be ceramic
veneered.
Veneer ceramics
As a general rule, all conventional metal veneer ceramics can be used.
▷ Observe and adhere the respective manufacturer's information!
▷ Match the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of the ceramic to the
CTE of the alloy.
When using Creation ceramic material, do not apply bonder:
▷ Use Pulveropaker opaque powder.
Fixation
Conventional cementation
Due to the high strength and stability of Ceramill Sintronframes, con-
ventional fixation with commercially available cement is possible in
most cases.
▷ When applying conventional cementation, observe sufficient reten-
tion and a minimum abutment height of 3 mm!
