After removing the dust box from the dust
extraction attachment, follow these steps for
proper disposal:
A. Take the dust box 12 and put it inside a
plastic bag. Turn the dust box over to
empty out the contents. It is important
that the dust box is completely covered
inside the plastic bag to keep any
possible air-borne dust inside. Lightly
tap the dust box to assure all contents
have been removed. This light tapping
will also remove any large dust
particles that accumulated on the
surface of HEPA filter 13 (Fig. 8).

filter 13 has been cleared of all
accumulated dust particles.

REPLACING the HEPA filter:

1. Place the new or cleaned HEPA filter 13
back in the dust box 12. Press the filter
until it is fully secured by the locking tabs

secured when the locking tabs 5 snap into
the locking position (Fig. 7).
NOTE: You may have to apply extra force on
the bottom of the dust box for proper seating
into the dust extraction attachment. To
confirm proper placement, pull on the black
tabs, without pressing, to confirm that the
dust box is locked in place.
The tool may be cleaned most effectively
with compressed dry air. Always wear
safety goggles when cleaning tools with
compressed air.
