SAFETY LOCK
Press and hold the SAFETY lock button for 3 seconds to lock the dehumidifier in its current mode. To
unlock, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
AUTOMATIC TIMER
This button is used to turn the dehumidifier either on or off.
a) If the humidifier is off – The AUTOMATIC TIMER button is used to turn the dehumidifier "on" at some
time in the future.
Press the AUTOMATIC TIMER button. The temperature icon will be replaced by the number "1" and
the word "on." The number will flash for about 5 seconds. While it is flashing, either push and hold,
or push and release the AUTOMATIC TIMER button to increase the time from 1 to 24 hours in 1-hour
increments.
When the number stops flashing the timer is set. The display shows the number of hours and the
word "on".
To turn the Automatic Timer off, press the AUTOMATIC TIMER button once. The temperature will be
displayed, and the timer is off.
b) If the dehumidifier is on - The AUTOMATIC TIMER button is used to turn the dehumidifier "off" at some
time in the future.
Press the AUTOMATIC TIMER button. The temperature icon will be replaced by the number "1" and

TEMPERATURE READING
Press the AUTOMATIC TIMER and the HUMIDITY SET button simultaneously to change the temperature
reading from °F to °C.
HUMIDITY SET
The HUMIDITY SET button is used to change:
a) The Target Humidity Level while in AUTOMATIC Mode or
b) The Fan Speed while in either PURIFICATION or VENTILATION Mode.
In Automatic Mode:
Press the HUMIDITY SET button. The humidity icon will be replaced by the humidity level at which the
dehumidifier turns on/off. Press and release the button until the desired setting is achieved (available
settings are 40 to 70% in 5% increments). Once the level is set, the display reverts back to the current
humidity level in the room. To see the "set" humidity level, press the HUMIDITY SET button.
In Purification or Ventilation Mode:
Press the HUMIDITY SET button to set the fan speed to either low or high.
