OPERATING THE DEHUMIDIFIER

WARNING: This appliance must be grounded and should only be connected to a ground
• This unit is designed to operate between 41° F and 90 °F. The optimal operating temperature
range is between 60° F and 90°F. The humidity level can be set within a range of 40% RH (Relative
Humidity) to 70% RH.
Typically, when the room temperature is less than 59° F, humidity levels are low. When humidity
levels are low in the room the LOW TEMPERATURE icon will light up. The LOW TEMPERATURE icon
will flash if room temperature falls between 35° F and 58° F. The dehumidifier should not be used
when the LOW TEMPERATURE icon is flashing.
• In the event of a power outage, the unit will restart at the previously set function mode and
setting when power is restored.

The Control Panel consists of:
a) 8 control buttons and
b) Display Screen
With these, you control the function of your Aerus Pure & Dry Dehumidifier.
As long as the dehumidifier is plugged in to a 120V outlet, four items will always be displayed in the
Display Screen: Relative Humidity, Temperature, HEPA filter (installed or not), and HEPA Filter Timer.
When the dehumidifier is turned ON, icons are displayed that show the current operating mode.
NOTE:
When the dehumidifier is turned ON, the Control Panel briefly illuminates.
110 - 1120V / 60Hz main supply. The installation must be in accordance with
the regulations of the country where the unit is used.
