TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The dehumidifier does
not operate
The dehumidifier is operating
but the room is not dry enough
There is no air movement
The dehumidifier is making
a loud noise

POTENTIAL CAUSES
• Power failure/outage
• Water bucket is full or not
properly positioned
• Room temperature is too
low
• The fan blade is blocked
• Air filter is blocked or dirty
• Filter is missing
• Unit is not level
• Air filter is blocked
SOLUTIONS
• Ensure unit is plugged into a proper
power supply
• Empty water bucket and insert bucket
into the unit properly
• The unit will not operate satisfactorily if
room temperature is below 41° F
• Ensure any exterior blockages are
removed. If disassembly is required
please call customer service for
support.
• Clean the washable Pre-Filter
• Install a New HEPA/Activated Carbon
Filter
• Position unit on solid level surface
• Clean the air filter
