Error message
Check that the blood pressure monitor is
correctly positioned on your arm and that the
measurement is performed under the proper
conditions.
Low battery level.
Causes
- User movement during the measurement
- Cuff is not correctly fastened
- Broken cuff
- Pump or valve failure
- Pressure overflow
- Calm and quiet environment
- User special characteristics , such as certain
health conditions
- Battery level is too low
Battery level is too low.
Countermeasures
1. Check that the Blood Pressure Monitor
is correctly positioned on your arm and that
measurement is performed under the proper
conditions.
2. Low battery level. Load your BPM Core with
a micro-USB cable.
3. If you have certain health conditions, such
as existing heart issues, please contact your
physician.
4. If the problem occurs again, please contact
customer service.
Load the device with the provided charging
cable.
