PV systems must be installed by qualified professional companies ("qualified company"). Check local and national rules
for the requirements to be approved as qualified to install PV systems. This document is addressed to qualified
companies.

The document "INSTALLATION, SAFETY AND OPERATION GUIDE SUPPLEMENT" provided with this MANUAL contains
information and specifications of all the module types being covered from this MANUAL. The SUPPLEMENT is an
integrated part of the MANUAL.

Read and understand this MANUAL and the SUPPLEMENT before handling, installing and operating Yingli Green Energy
Holding Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called YGE) PV modules.
»
Provide a complete documentation of the PV system including the separate "OPERATION & SAFETY MANUAL" to the PV
system owner. Instruct the system owner about all relevant aspects of operation, safety and maintenance.

Use only electrical and mechanical components qualified for PV systems.
Follow the instructions provided with these components.

Follow all applicable national and international regulations and standards.

PRoduCT sPECIFICaTIoNs

aPPLICaTIoN

YGE PV modules are designed for integration and use in grid-tied PV systems.
Do not use YGE PV modules for other purposes.
»
YGE PV modules shall be mounted on appropriate mounting structures.
These can be situated on the ground but also on building roofs.
»
Follow the local and national regulations for building construction.
»
DANGER! OVERHEATED EQUIPMENT COULD CAUSE FIRE!
Artificially concentrated light must not be directed on YGE PV modules.
»
YGE PV modules are designed for stationary use.
Do not install YGE PV modules on vehicles of any kind.
»
YGE PV modules must not be mounted on locations where aggressive substances could harm them.
Salt and salt water (not limited to) of any concentration are assumed to be aggressive.
»
YGE PV modules must not become submerged in water.
