Under our terms of warranty, we guarantee that our technical

the warranty period is 36 months from the date of purchase.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
this warranty shall not in any way limit the distributor's statu-
tory or legal warranty obligations. In order for us to be able
to allow you to return your goods free of charge during the
warranty period and to help us to process your claim quickly
and accurately, it is crucial that you call or email us to request
an Rma number (Return material authorisation) before you
send a device back to us. this number helps our service
department to identify your device immediately and will
optimise the processing of your claim. You will then receive a
new or repaired device. Please use the original packaging in
order to avoid transport damage and enclose a copy of your
invoice.
A detailed description of the claim reduces the processing
time.
