o A mono input is duplicated to be sent to the left and right channels of a stereo
output, with its corresponding adjustment of send or mixing level, which is
independent of the levels for the other inputs or outputs
o A stereo input is sent to a mono output as a mono sum of its left and right channels
(stereo-to-mono conversion), with its corresponding adjustment of send or mixing
level, which is independent of the levels for the other inputs or outputs
o A stereo input is sent to a stereo output, respecting the stereo image between the
two: the left channel of the input will be sent to the left channel (odd) of the output,
while the right channel of the input will be sent to the right channel (even) of the
output, with its corresponding adjustment of send or mixing level, which is
independent of the levels for the other inputs or outputs
LCD display
Display showing digital and text data for inputs, outputs and setup menus, device settings and
information.
"ENCODER"-type rotary selector
The rotary selector allows you to modify the value of the parameters displayed on the LCD, by
increasing or decreasing them depending on the direction of rotation.
From the main screen, which displays one of the output zone and its volume using the horizontal
bar graph, it is possible to access the input mixing screen for this output (MIXER mode) or vice versa,
with a short press (tap) on the digital encoder (see chapter 6).
In addition to the adjustment (rotation) and switching between main screen and MIXER mode
(short press), the rotary ENCODER has a "SHIFT" feature for a secondary function (press and hold while
pressing a front panel key). The SHIFT allows you to access to:
Advanced EDIT modes for inputs or outputs (see chapters 7 and 8 for more information)
The secondary functions of the four setup buttons on front panel, with reverse silk-printing
(EXIT, CANCEL, RECALL and SAVE/ENTER)
Setup keys
The four front panel setup keys allow you to navigate through the various menus and their pages,
and access special features thanks to certain combinations of keys pressed simultaneously:
The left and right MENU keys (4, 5) allow to scroll through the different pages of the unit's setup
menus.
The left and right PARAM keys (6, 7) allow, within a menu and a page, to select the parameter
whose value has to be modified with the rotary encoder (8): the name of the targeted parameter flashes
in the display while its value can be edited.
