Possible solution

Clean according to the directions for use
Check water flow rate and possibly
clean sera pond fil bioactive according
to the information for use, and/or clean
the pump
Clean sera siporax pond only if there
is visible deposited sludge on the filter
tubes
Combine sera pond fil bioactive with a
sera pond UV-C System 55 W
Turn the rotary switch back to "PUMP"
for operation
