Setting the time and date

1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose Clock > Set time/date.
3. Press and Select to set the date and then the time.
Changing the time or date format
1. Press Menu.
2. Press and Select to choose Clock.
3. Choose whether to change the time format or date format.
To change the time format, press

Your Move can automatically update its clock using the FM or digital radio signal.
