ASSEMBLING THE BICYCLE TRAILER
1. Screw the left and right axle guide
plastic box (Fig. B). To do so, place the metal plate
in the plastic box and screw the axle guide each
with two self-locking screws M6x35, M6 washers
and M6 cap nuts
fication (see chapter Torque specifications).
2. Connect both parts of the tow bar. Insert the
self-locking M6x35 screw into the designated
square opening. Screw the connection together
with an M6 washer and an M6 cap nut.

4. Mount the tow bar
the plastic box (Fig. D). To do so, place the metal
plate in the plastic box and screw each locking
strap with two self-locking screws M6x35, M6
washers and M6 cap nuts
torque specifications (see chapter Torque specifi-
cations).
5. Screw together the left and right protective guard
with two M6x70 screws, two each M6 washers

and one each M6 cap nut
torque specifications (Fig. E).
6. Push the axle through the axle holder and the tow
bar.
7. Put the wheels on the axle.
8. Tighten wheels

9. Press one end cap each onto the outer wheel axle.
10. Put the safety flag together and insert it into the
already pre-mounted holder at the rear left.
