8.1 Replacing the fuses
If one of the connected heating system fails to work although the cor-
responding LED indicates that it is on, either the heating system or the
fuse is defective.
• Checking the fuse: Connect standard table lamp to the socket on
the power unit. Set required temperature sufficiently high for the
heating system to be activated. If the lamp does not light up, the
fuse is defective.
• Replacing the fuse: Disconnect the Duomat from the mains.
Unscrew fuse holder and remove defective fuse. Fit new fuse of
the same type (from electrical retailer) and screw fuse holder
back into place.
8.2 What will happen in case of a power failure?
In case of a power failure, all programmed settings and functions will
be retained in the internal permanent memory. As soon as the power
supply to the Duomat is resumed, it will automatically perform the
necessary control actions to restore the temperature in the aquarium
to the set value.
