MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
(Every 80 hours of use)
1. Clean the battery tops of corrosion
2. Check for loose or corroded battery cables
3. Lubricate the caster with water resistant grease.
4. Check the machine for loose nuts and bolts.
5. Check the condition of the dust skirt, replace if worn.
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE
(Every 250 hours of use)
Check the carbon brushes on the brush drive motor, when worn to a length of 10 mm (0.38 in)
or less, replace.
CONTACT an Authorized Service Center for all repairs.
FOR SAFETY: When servicing machine, all repairs must be performed by a qualified
service person.
