If a foam cosmesis is to be fitted, roughen
top surface of foot shell to provide ideal
bonding surface.

Toe spring location in foot shell.

Ensure heel spring is
engaged into slot.

Dis-assembly is the reverse of assembly.

Slide carrier/heel spring assembly into
the foot shell.

Heel spring

Use a suitable lever to encourage
the heel spring into the location
in the foot shell.
Ensure glide sock does not get
trapped when assembling to
female pyramid part.
