The internal impedance of each individual rechargeable battery cell can be measured by
changing the side plugs.
Call the item "INT. RESISTANCE" in the menu structure
and activate the selection with "ENTER".
The display indicates the current value for internal
impedance. The unit 1 mohm corresponds to
1/1000 Ohm. Since the measurements are continually
repeated, the values displayed may fluctuate.
If the display indicates "No Battery!", there is either a
contact error or the measuring cable was plugged into
the balancer socket of the rechargeable battery to be
measured with the polarity reversed.
Use the "BACK/ESC" button to exit the impedance
measurement function and return to the menu structure.
Important!
Do not measure internal impedance for any longer than 5 minutes, since every
measurement will bleed power from the rechargeable battery and the cells will
over time no longer have the same voltage level.
The max. input voltage at the internal impedance measuring cable must not
exceed 5 V.
