6 Common Malfunction and Troubleshooting

WARNING!
① If there's abnormal phenomenon （such as smell）, please turn off the unit and power supply
immediately and then contact Aquatermic appointed maintenance center. Otherwise, it may cause damage,
electric shock or fire accident.
② Do not repair the unit by yourself. Wrong repair may cause electric shock or fire accidents. Please
contact Aquatermic appointed maintenance center for maintenance.
●Before asking for maintenance, please check below items
Phenomenon
Air conditioner can't operate

Fuse is broken or circuit breaker is open
Power failure
No connect to power supply
The power for batteries of remote controller is
insufficient
Remote controller is not within the remote control range
Ai inlet or air outlet of indoor unit/outdoor unit is blocked
Ai inlet or air outlet of indoor unit/outdoor unit is blocked
Temperature setting is improper
Fan speed is set too low
Fan direction is not correct
Door or window is open
Direct sunshine
Too many persons in the room
Too many thermal source in the room
Filter is dirty and is blocked
No hot water inside the water tank
There's air inside the water tank
There's air inside the hydro box

Troubleshooting
Replace fuse or close the circuit
breaker
Restart up the unit and then the unit
will operate
Connect the power supply
Replace the batteries
Remote control range is within 8m
Eliminate the obstacles
Eliminate the obstacles
Adjust temperature setting by
remote controller or wired controller
Adjust fan speed setting by remote
controller or wired controller
Adjust fan direction setting by
remote controller or wired controller
Close door and window
Hang curtains or window shade at
the window
Reduce the thermal source
Clean the filter
Check whether water replenishing is
normal?
Use the annual discharge valve at
the hot water outlet of water tank to
discharge the air inside the water
tank
Use the manual discharge valve at
the top of generator to discharge the
air inside the hydro box
